This comprehensive bundle ( 3PRDM7B4) includes a gold standard selection of products to enhance the listening and learning conditions for all children in a regular sized classroom.
System comprises: Phonak Roger DigiMaster 5000V2, Touchscreen, Multimedia Hub, 6x PassAround Mics and 2x Charging Racks.
The Roger Touchscreen Mic, worn by the teacher, will wirelessly
transmit their voice to the Digimaster 5000 speaker array, ensuring
that they can be comfortably heard throughout the classroom. The
Roger Pass-around microphones help ensure that that not only
teachers, but all students are heard clearly and can particpate
fully. With an appealing design they are the optimal size for
children and teenagers to hold and fully control. Additional
multimedia devices, such as TVs, MP3 players, laptops and tablets,
can be simply connected to the Roger Multimedia Hub which
wirelessly transmits to the Roger DigiMaster loudspeaker.
Storing and charging the transmitters overnight is made easy with
the included charging stations.
Phonak’s innovative loudspeaker array is called the Roger DigiMaster 5000. This features no less than 12 individual high-quality loudspeakers, all housed in a robust aluminium frame. Designed to be used in education, the Roger Touchscreen Mic maintains a modern, stylish appearance as well as excellent durability. It also has an easy-to-use, intuitive interface with touchscreen, indicator light and handy icons for quick access to Roger functions.
The ratio between the teacher’s speech signal and any undesired
background noise (the Signal to Noise Ratio, or SNR) is much more
favourable using this kind of loudspeaker design. This is
especially true when children are sat further away from the
teacher, where they need high sound quality the most.
The Roger DigiMaster 5000 array emits cylindrical sound waves at
the most important speech frequencies, ensuring that the required
sounds are carried effectively across a large area, while
generating very little speech-hindering ‘late reverberation’ or
echo. The Roger DigiMaster 5000 V2 is supplied with a wall-mount
bracket alternatively you can purchase a sturdy floor stand.
