Description

A big display clock with radio controlled, automatic time setting as well as extra loud alarm, bright light alert and vibration pad. Ideal for anybody with vision problems, hearing loss or those who sleep in a loud environment.

The TCL410 has a 3" red LED jumbo display, perfect for viewing the time as well as 3 dimming levels for those who don't like bright lights in the room at night time.

This clock also has a built in USB port which is handy for charging mobile phones etc as well as a back up battery for saving the settings as a result of a power outage.

There is also a switchable time display so you can choose either 12 or 24 hours, depending on what you prefer.

Please note: This alarm clock also has a 'Detection of alarm tones from a smoke detector in the immediate vicinity (3m)' setting. This means an alarm on the clock will sound if a smoke alarm sound is detected within a 3m range. This does not replace the obligation to install smoke alarms, and no smoke alarms are included. You must follow all fire safety regulations as recommended by your local fire & rescue service. We do not recommend relying on this setting as a safety method.

Vibrating pad lead length is approx 2 meters.

Good loud alarm which makes me up even when I don't have it on the loudest setting. I am moderately deaf. I have not used the vibration feature as I have not found it necessary. It is necessary to read the instructions carefully in order to set up and use this alarm. The only downside is that it does need a power cable and if it is working on the backup battery, this is not powerful enough to power the display. Conovan's supplied this product really quickly and I would buy other items from them if necessary.

Excellent value and a great bit of kit. Linked to a smoke alarm is a bonus. Wakes my very deaf father in law and is easy to set up. Great value for money. Gives the option of sound, light or vibrate alarm... I've got all 3 going, just to make sure. Shame it doesn't come with a backup battery but for less than £20 you can't complain.
